Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise which necessitate the cancelling of your scheduled appointment. However, in order to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations and to respect the time of our staff members, we have instituted the following cancellation policy: Clients who cancel their appointments less than 48 hours before the date and time of their scheduled slot will not be eligible for refunds. Clients have the option to reschedule their appointment in order to avoid the loss of funds. Rescheduling must be done before the 24-hour mark prior to their scheduled slot. For assistance rescheduling an appointment contact us through our preferred communication channels, including phone and email.
